Practical, patient help with the technology you use every day
We offer one-to-one support for individuals, families, and also work with care homes, retirement villages and hospitals. Help is available in person, over the phone, or remotely.
Setting up new phones and tablets (Apple and Android), transferring contacts and photos, explaining the basics, and making sure everything is secure and easy to use.
Sorting out slow or unreliable Wi-Fi, connecting devices, improving coverage around the house, and helping you understand your router settings.
Getting FaceTime, Zoom, WhatsApp or Skype working reliably so you can stay in touch with family and friends – with clear, simple instructions.
Connecting smart TVs to the internet, setting up Netflix, BBC iPlayer, YouTube and other services, and making the remote less confusing.
Help with Windows PCs, iMacs and laptops – setup, updates, email, online banking, removing clutter, and showing you how to do everyday tasks with confidence.
Connecting printers wirelessly, fixing paper jams and error messages, and setting up scanners or other peripherals.
Installing and explaining video doorbells, smart plugs and other simple smart-home devices so they work for you rather than against you.
One-off visits or regular help. We’re also exploring simple subscription options that include a set number of visits each month – ideal for ongoing peace of mind.
Just ask. If it’s something everyday that involves a phone, tablet, computer or home device, there’s a very good chance we can sort it out together.
